Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Dice the beef into small, bite-sized pieces. Use your preferred cut; top round beef is recommended.
- Dice the potato and half a large onion.
2- Cook the Beef:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the diced beef to the skillet. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
- Mix well, cover with a lid, and let it cook until the beef becomes tender, stirring occasionally. If it begins to dry out, add 1/2 cup of water.
3- Cook the Vegetables:
- Add the diced onions and potatoes to the skillet.

4- Season the Skillet:

5- Cook the Eggs:
- Make small wells in the beef and potato mixture and crack 4 eggs into the skillet.
- Sprinkle the eggs with a little bit of salt.
