Ingredients

🥬 1 head of lettuce, chopped

Instructions
1- Prepare the Pita Chips:
- Begin by cutting the two pieces of pita bread into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry them in a pan with oil until golden brown, or alternatively, you can air-fry them for a healthier option. Set aside to cool.
2- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine the juice from one lemon, olive oil, dried mint, pomegranate molasses, and salt.
- Whisk everything together until well combined. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
3- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Give the vegetables a gentle toss to mix.
4- Add Dressing and Pita Chips:
- Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and toss to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Add the pita chips on top and gently mix them into the salad.
5- Garnish and Serve:
