Ingredients
🍗 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken or grilled chicken, shredded
🌿 1/2 cup pesto sauce
🍞 4 mini naan breads
🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
🧅 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
🍅 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Prepare the Chicken:
- If using a rotisserie chicken, remove the meat from the bones and shred it into small pieces. Set aside.
3- Arrange the Naans:
- Place the mini naan breads on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4- Spread the Pesto:
- Evenly spread about two tablespoons of pesto sauce over each naan, covering the surface.
5- Assemble the Pizzas:
