🥒 1 tablespoon relish
🥫 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
🌶️ 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
1- Prepare the Beef:
- Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and roll them into balls. Set aside.
2- Toast the Buns:
- Heat a large cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and place the buns cut side down until they are golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
3- Cook the Patties:

5- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper until smooth and well combined.
6- Assemble the Burgers:
- Start with the bottom bun, spread a layer of the sauce, then add lettuce and tomato slices.
- Stack two patties on top of the veggies, add another helping of sauce, and finally crown it with the top bun.
