Ingredients
🧂 2 chicken breasts, boiled with 2 tablespoons of Lawry's seasoning salt, then shredded

🫒 2 tablespoons of oil for sautéing
🌿 1/3 cup of cilantro, chopped
🌯 2 packets of fajita seasoning
🧀 2 to 3 cups of fiesta blend cheese
🌮 Corn tortillas
🥄 2 tablespoons of flour
💧 3 tablespoons of water
🫒 Oil for frying
Toppings:
🥬 Lettuce, chopped
🍅 Tomato, diced
🥣 Sour cream
🧀 Queso fresco, crumbled
🌿 Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Boil the chicken breasts with Lawry's seasoning salt until cooked.
- Shred them using two forks and set aside.
2- Saute the Vegetables:
- In a skillet, heat the 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and deseeded jalapeños.
- Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
3- Mix the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, chopped cilantro, fajita seasoning, and fiesta blend cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4- Soften the Tortillas:
- Place the corn tortillas in the microwave for about a minute to soften them, making them easier to roll without breaking.
5- Assemble the Taquitos:
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll them tightly and use the flour and water mixture as glue to seal the edges.
6- Fry the Taquitos:
