🌰 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Prepare the Spinach:
- If using frozen spinach, steam it according to package instructions.

3- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
4- Add the Greens and Cheeses:
- Stir in the prepared spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
5- Season the Mixture:
- Add the chili flakes, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix well to ensure all flavors are evenly distributed.
6- Bake the Dip:
- Transfer the mixture to a cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
- Smooth the top, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
7- Oven Bake:
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
8- Serve:
- While the dip is baking, slice a baguette at an angle.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and toast in the oven for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Serve warm with the dip. Tortilla chips are a fantastic alternative for more casual gatherings.
