🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🍲 1 QT chicken broth (32oz)
🍗 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
🍋 2 tablespoons lime juice
🌿 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
1- Prepare the Base:
- Place a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add the unsalted butter and olive oil, allowing the butter to melt.
