Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Marinade:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the small onion, garlic, ginger, pear, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Blend until smooth.
Marinate the Beef:
- Place the sliced beef and sliced onions in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the beef and onions. Mix well to coat all the pieces evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Cook the Beef:
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Once the oil is sizzling hot, add the marinated beef and onions.
- Stir-fry, ensuring all pieces are cooked thoroughly until the beef turns brown (about 10-15 minutes).
Sauté the Bok Choy:
- Heat the sesame oil and regular oil in another skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Introduce the bok choy, soy sauce, and crushed pepper flakes. Sauté the bok choy until tender, approximately 2 minutes.
Serve:
- Plate the cooked beef over a bed of white rice.
- Add the sautéed bok choy alongside.
