Instructions

1- Prep the Eggs:

  • Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them until they're well combined.

2- Heat the Pan:

  • Place a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  • Spray it generously with avocado cooking spray to prevent sticking.

3- Melt the Cheese:

  • Evenly spread the cheese on the bottom of the pan.
  • Allow it to melt slightly and form a deliciously crispy layer.

4- Add the Eggs and Tortilla:
