Ingredients
Chili Ingredients:

๐ซ 1/2 a bell pepper, chopped

1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes
๐ซ 1 can of red kidney beans
๐ซ 1 can of Cannellini beans

2 tablespoons of tomato paste
๐ฅฃ 1 cup of beef broth
๐ฅ 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
โซ Black pepper to taste
Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
๐ง 1/2 stick of butter
๐พ 1/3 cup of flour
๐ฅ 2 cups of milk
๐ง 3 cups of cheddar cheese
๐ง 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
๐ฅ 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
โซ Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chili:
- Set your pressure cooker to the sautรฉ setting. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sautรฉ for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Mix in the kidney beans, Cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, and tomato paste.
- Pour in the beef broth and add chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste.
- Seal the pressure cooker and set it to cook on high for 10 minutes. Once done, let the pressure release naturally.
2- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form, and bring it to a boil until it begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat and add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste.
3- Cook the Fries:
- While the chili cooks, fry your favorite fries until golden and crisp. You can bake, air fry, or deep fry based on preference.
4- Assemble the Chili Cheese Fries:
- Place the hot fries on a large serving platter.
- Generously spoon the chili over the fries.
- Drizzle the rich cheese sauce on top.
- Serve immediately for the best experience.
