Chili Ingredients:
🥩 1.5 to 2 pounds of ground beef
🌶️ 2 packages of chili seasoning
🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
🧄 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
🫑 1/2 a bell pepper, chopped
🍅 1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes
🫘 1 can of red kidney beans
🫘 1 can of Cannellini beans
🍅 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
🥣 1 cup of beef broth
🥄 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
⚫ Black pepper to taste
Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
🧈 1/2 stick of butter
🌾 1/3 cup of flour
🥛 2 cups of milk
🧀 3 cups of cheddar cheese
🧀 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
🥄 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
⚫ Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chili:
- Set your pressure cooker to the sauté setting. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Mix in the kidney beans, Cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, and tomato paste.
- Pour in the beef broth and add chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste.
- Seal the pressure cooker and set it to cook on high for 10 minutes. Once done, let the pressure release naturally.
2- Make the Cheese Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour and cook until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form, and bring it to a boil until it begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat and add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste.
3- Cook the Fries:
