Instructions
1- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Place the peeled and chopped potatoes in a large pot. Add enough water to cover the potatoes completely.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
2- Drain and Return:
- Once tender, drain the potatoes thoroughly and return them to the pot.
3- Mash the Potatoes:
