Ingredients

πΏ 1 teaspoon coriander

π₯ 12 oz frozen peas and carrots
π± 30 egg roll wrappers

Samosa Roll Glue
πΎ 3 tablespoons plain flour
π§ 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
1- Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- In a pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and diced onions. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger paste along with the chicken bouillon, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, garam masala, cumin, and coriander.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, mix well, and cook until fully browned for about 10 minutes. Season with salt.
- Stir in the frozen peas and carrots; cook until heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
2- Make the Flour Glue:
- Mix together flour and water to create a paste.
3- Roll the Samosa Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper out in a diamond shape.
- Spoon approximately 2 heaping tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold both side corners to the center, and roll upwards, sealing the end with flour glue. Repeat for all wrappers.
4- Fry the Samosa Rolls:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each roll until golden and crispy.
- Drain on a wire rack or paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy!
