Ingredients
Kebabs:
🌿 1/2 cup parsley
🧄 2 cloves of garlic
🧅 1 small onion
🥩 1 lb ground beef
🧂 1 tablespoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
🌶️ 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
Chicken Tikka:
🍗 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
🥛 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
🫒 2 tablespoons oil
🍋 Juice of half a lemon
🧄 1 tablespoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
🌶️ 1 teaspoon black pepper
🧂 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Sazón con todo
📦 1 packet Sazón
🧂 1 tablespoon salt
Beef Tikka:
🥩 Top round beef (as much as required)
🍖 Montreal steak seasoning (to taste)
🧂 Salt (to taste)
🫒 Oil (as needed)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Kebabs:
- Blend the parsley, garlic, and onion until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the blended mixture.
- Add salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into kebab shapes and thread onto skewers.
2- Prepare the Chicken Tikka:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, Sazón con todo, Sazón packet, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for best results.
3- Prepare the Beef Tikka:
- Slice the top round beef into suitable grilling pieces.
- Season the beef with Montreal steak seasoning, salt, and a drizzle of oil.
- Mix until well coated.
4- Grill:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken tikka, beef tikka, and kebabs on the grill.
- Grill each item until cooked through, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking:
- Kebabs: About 10-12 minutes.
- Chicken tikka: About 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Beef tikka: Depends on the thickness, typically around 8-10 minutes for medium done.
5- Serve:
- Remove the grilled items from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments such as salad or dips.
