Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes
π₯ 1 to 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
π₯£ 1 to 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
π§ 1 stick butter
π₯ 1 cup warm milk
π§ 1 teaspoon salt
β« 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1- Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2- SautΓ© Vegetables:
- In a skillet, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
- SautΓ© the chopped celery, onion, and garlic for about 4-5 minutes until softened.
3- Mix Meatloaf Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sautΓ©ed vegetables, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, parsley, tomato paste, salt, chicken bouillon, paprika, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Mix until well blended.
4- Shape and Glaze:
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and brown sugar, then brush half of it over the top of the meatloaf.
5- Bake the Meatloaf:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Brush with the remaining ketchup mixture five minutes before finishing to enhance the glaze.
6- Rest:
- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
7- Prepare Mashed Potatoes:
- Place the cubed potatoes in a pressure cooker.
- Add chicken broth and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

- Release the pressure, then add the butter, warm milk, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
