Ingredients

🧀 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1- Prepare the Meat Sauce:
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the chopped garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant.
2- Cook the Beef:
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and add the black pepper.
- Mix well, cover, and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about an hour to let all the flavors combine harmoniously.
3- Assemble the Casserole:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a casserole dish, begin by spooning 2-3 ladles of the meat sauce at the bottom.
- Layer with ravioli, followed by more meat sauce, then add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
4- Bake the Dish:
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
- For a crispy cheese topping, uncover and broil for the last couple of minutes.
