🧂 1/8 teaspoon salt
🍨 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
🧈 4 tablespoons melted butter
🥛 1 and 1/4 cup milk
🧴 Cooking spray

Instructions

1- Prepare the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter, and milk until smooth and lump-free.

2- Preheat the Pan:

3- Cook the Crêpes:

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
  • Swirl the pan quickly to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift from the pan, then flip and cook for another minute.

4- Assemble the Crêpes:

  • Spread a generous amount of pistachio cream or Nutella over one side of each crêpe.
  • Add a handful of strawberries and blueberries if desired.
  • Roll or fold the crêpes into your preferred shape.

5- Finish with Toppings:
