Ingredients

For the Dough:
🥛 1 cup warm milk
🍯 1 tablespoon yeast
🍚 1/2 tablespoon sugar
🫒 1/2 cup oil
🌾 4 cups of flour
🥚 1 egg
🧂 1/2 tablespoon salt

For the Spinach and Cheese Filling:
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
🥬 1 bag of spinach, chopped
🧀 1 cup cheese (feta, mozzarella, or your choice)
🧂 Chicken seasoning, to taste
🌶️ Black pepper, to taste

For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
🐓 2 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
🌶️ 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
🥛 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

1- Activate the Yeast:

In a bowl, mix the warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast is activated and frothy.

2- Prepare the Dough:

In a mixer or a large bowl, combine the activated yeast mixture with oil, flour, egg, and salt.
Knead the mixture until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and a heavy towel, allowing it to rise for about 20-30 minutes until it doubles in size.

3- Make the Spinach and Cheese Filling:

Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat.
