🌿 1 teaspoon Adobo
🌶️ 1 teaspoon chili powder
🫒 3 tablespoons oil
🧈 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
🧅 1 large onion, sliced
🍄 2 8oz trays mushrooms, sliced
🧄 5 cloves of garlic, minced
🌾 2 tablespoons flour
🥣 1 cup chicken broth
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🔸 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
🧀 1 cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
⚫ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🌿 Parsley for garnish
For the Green Beans:
🫘 1 pound green beans, trimmed
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
⚫ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1- Prep the Chicken:
- Gently pound each chicken breast to an even thickness for consistent cooking.
- Season them thoroughly on both sides with paprika, lemon pepper, garlic powder, Adobo, and chili powder.
2- Sear the Chicken:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
3- Prepare the Mushrooms and Onions:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4- Make the Sauce:
