Ingredients
π 25 to 30 frozen dinner rolls

1 6oz can tomato paste

Instructions
1- Thaw the Dough:
- Arrange the frozen dinner rolls on a large plate, ensuring they do not touch.
- Spray a light coating of avocado cooking spray over the rolls.
- Cover with plastic wrap, followed by a kitchen towel, and let them thaw for about 2 hours, or until they double in size.
2- Prepare the Meat Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely diced onion, tomato, minced garlic, parsley, salt, paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, coriander, pomegranate molasses, and tomato paste.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. Set the filling aside.
3- Preheat and Assemble Pies:
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Roll out each thawed dough piece into an oval shape.
- Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the meat filling onto the center of each rolled dough and spread evenly.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch or twist the ends to form a boat shape.
4- Egg Wash and Bake:
- Lightly beat the egg and brush it over the outer dough of each pie.
- Place the assembled pies onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
