Ingredients

🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧄 4 cloves garlic (minced)
🧅 1 large red or white onion (diced)
🥩 1 pound of ground beef
🍅 1 large tomato (diced)
🌮 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
🥢 1 package of egg roll wraps
🧀 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
💧 Water (to seal the egg rolls)
🥑 Avocado spray

Instructions

1- Prepare the Filling:

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the minced garlic and diced onion for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomato and taco seasoning, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and let the filling cool completely.

2- Assemble Egg Rolls:
